Arrived shortly after job was discussed. Worked very efficiently and quickly. Showed me the damaged pipe that was replaced. Gave me confidence that the job was done right. Highly recommended.

Was extremely communicative and punctual. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Coordinate over text at first and he sourced the necessary parts ahead of coming on site. Was respectful and diligent in the home and did exactly what he said he would.

Another day another plumbing issue. I can not thank Stefano and Marco enough. They are friendly, reasonable, and extremely efficient! After trying to resolve a clogged drain myself I had to call in reinforcements. Marco came the same day, walked me through what he was doing, and went above and beyond to ensure the space was left clean afterward. I got to witness the swirl of the water draining for the first time since we moved in, and what a beautiful sight that was!

I have dealt with many plumbers in the past and have always had concerns whether it be due to price or the overall interaction but every instance with SRK has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

At first Stefano was great, very responsive. But after installing the wrong plumbing fitting (dishwasher wye instead of a washing machine wye), he left for vacation and couldn't send anyone else to rectify the deficiency. He finally scheduled a visit for two weeks later, then cancelled due to a delay in his return flight from vacation, which I completely understand, however, i haven't heard from him in over 2 weeks and had to hire someone else to fix his mistake. I respectfully requested a partial refund but still haven't heard from him after another week. Meanwhile, he knew that we couldn't use the washer due to his deficiency, but still no response/empathy. Very disappointed.
