Contacted Stefano as our sump pump had stopped working. It is important as we live in an area with a high-water table and on septic systems. Not only was Stefano willing to replace the sump pump he understood the need to get it done as quickly as possible. Within two days he came and replaced the pump. It worked better than the older model. He was great - communicated all the options, was extremely polite and made quick work of the replacement. Will definitely use Stefano again.

SRK really deserved 5 starts. I contacted Steffano, told him about the troble that I was having with water pressure. He showed up at the same day to diagnosis the problem, end up being my water softener unit. He hook me up with an awesome deal on a new unit, picked up the new one, swap them and also get rid of the old one. Clean and quickly he solved my problem.

Stefano was able to completely take out and replace the plumbing done in my basement prior to owning my house.

Our water pressure was extremely low and we continously had water back ups and sewage smells in our basement. Upon inspection he found that several of the connections had broken off and needed replacing.

Our basement was partially finished and we ultimately decided to increase the size of our washroom and have a full laundry room. Stefano took care of all the plumbing and recommended amazing vendors for all pf the other trades to make the process way easier than expected.

I've never had a better experience with a trade, and not only is Stefano a true professional, he is extremely down to earth and explains things in a way that make sense to people not well versed in plumbing.

I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us and was genuine about exactly what we needed to ensure we never had any issues in the future.

My main vertical drain pipe cracked. Stefano provided the initial quote by email based on the photos I sent. After additional details on type of the crack were discovered he asked to come and take a look to make sure nothing is missed. The inspection was free, the explanation of the fix was straight forward, the quote did not change, and the work was done that afternoon. It was a no fuss experience.

Work was done on date promised. Everything was done very well. I would recommend and will certainly hire again if more work is needed

I called a different plumbing company who was useless and didn't want to go in my attic. Then I called Stefano and he was over at my house within an hour with a ladder and flashlight.

I suspected I had a leak of some sort from my roof - a roofer told he thought it was a plumbing pipe issue. Stefano thoroughly inspected my attic and confirmed it was not the plumbing pipe. Instead it was rotting plywood causing the leak. In addition, he ran all the pipes in my upstairs bathroom to confirm none of my pipes were leaking.

Stefano is a very customer focused. He is extremely polite, treats you and your home with respect and he is very honest. I would not hesitate to call him again.
