Alex was extremely professional, quick, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly, assessed the issue, and had everything fixed in no time. He spent lot of time for the work to get done, But he didnt charge as per hr. What he said in phone after checking the work he charge me the same . He went to Homedepo for the parts and he didnt charge me anything for the time he spent. He charge me 1 hr pay and in that hr he even fix my washroom toilet, shower cartridge change and main water shut off lever change. He also did turnoff main water shut which city charge for 100$ he did it for free. I never seen such a humble and honest person. This is real survey and I am very honest in my words.

Alex was very responsive to an emergency in our house. Water was leaking through the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom above. Alex quickly traced the leak back to its source and repaired the copper pipe which had developed a pin hole leak.

I appreciated his quick response, and cleaning up after exploratory surgery of the ceiling and walls.

I had Alex complete all the plumbing work for a recent basement renovation. This included relocation of the drainage below the basement floor, complete shower, toilet and double vanity sinks.
