Impressed with service of Alexander, while has been in contact with a few other customers omer service reps. The situation is as rather unique then a generic, still Alexander was able to resolve it within approx. 20 mins cause he took an extra step and applied his unique way of thinking to find a resolution in a super quick timely manner and fair for both parties. Well done Alexander keep it that way, we need more reps to help us, clients to be respectful, clever and be able to execute decisions on the spot without making a transfer to another colleague or giving empty promises.
