To Arrow Furniture
I am extremely upset and frustrated with the services I have received recently from Arrow Furniture!!!
First of all, they made a big problem in delivering the product and giving wrong commitment of the time to me, second you have delivered the defective sofa as metal nails were missing from both sofas.
I spoke to Store Manage (Jeff) and Owner (Michael) As per their guidance sofa was picked up on Saturday and it got delivered on Tuesday in the afternoon. When the sofa was delivered the delivery guys were not pleasant at all. They scratched my hardwood floor (Picture attached). When I asked the guy to be careful they said its ok, it happens when we deliver the product and it just a small scratch. It is extremely unprofessional to say that……. how can your employee say that????? Problem is not going to end here. it is worse now.
The 2 legs attached to sofas are completely scratched and it looks so ugly and your delivery guy commented on that “this leg will be going on the back so I shouldn’t have any concern…SEROIUSLY??????????????
And the BIG problem is luckily I saw the back side when they were putting the legs there was a hole (As my sofa is fabric, eventually it would not take much time for the entire sofa to tear down). I asked delivery guy to take it back, they said to contact you. From the day you delivered the sofa my living room looks like nasty place and I couldn’t invite any family and friends over.
I don't know what to say but for now I will not recommend to anyone to buy furniture from Arrow Furniture!! Horrible Services!!!!!!!!!!
