hope someone could see this, problems remain to be solved...and waited for more than 1 month now...
to whom it may concerned, maybe i am just the 1 of of 100, but Arrow furniture? recommendation from me no way! and here is what i have to say, on Mar 2nd, i purchased in total over $2k furniture in your "1355 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough, ON" location , of which 2 stools were promised to be ready to pick up in 2 weeks at that time.... black and white on the receipt(attached)....today is April 3rd, after weeks back and forth time spending on the phone with your customer service and email with the sales rep.....i am really sick of being waiting....if you could just imagine there're 4 ppl in total in my house, and we can't even have breakfast at the same time, cos we are missing two stool...how funny it is, what i need is what you promised which is to have the stools ready, and to compensate i need them to be delivered to my address, if you are not gonna have them ready in a while, plz just tell me the truth, and maybe return/refund can be arranged, thanks

Hi Leo. Fortunately, the majority of your order was ready for you on the date you requested. The two $99 barstools have been delayed by two weeks and as we spoke on the phone will be ready for pickup tomorrow. Unfortunately, this sometimes is the realty of the retail furniture business and we are at the mercy of the manufacturers when they get delays.
