I have been dealing with Israel Adud for a while know. He is very knowledgeable , high attention to detail , very easy to deal with and above all he has great interior design skills. The prices are very reasonable and unlike other places I have been to, he cared more about us and what fits best and not on selling us more expensive things. Would definitely come back again, and already sent few of my relatives there and we are all very very happy.

My husband and I shopped at arrow furniture store in Brampton and the service was phenomenal we dealt with Christine Samuels who is the assistant manager and she was so professional they had good quality furniture and the date for pick up was untime the store manager was also great I would recommend anyone to shop at arrow furniture store excellent service..

Israel is the in-house decorator at Arrow Furniture, and he recently helped to decorate my 2 bedroom condo. He was very professional, has great skills in design (always keeping my vision in mind), and great people skills. He always replied when called or texted, and was always very happy to oblige with any concerns or questions. In addition to reviewing my existing furniture (from my old house), coming to visit the space (in my new condo), and helping me through several in-store design consultations... He even came personally to put everything together. Isreal is truly a full service designer, and the final product is gorgeous.

I had a memorable customer service experience with Christine back in 2015 that I just could not wait to make a review on (but I had to because I needed to be 19 to make a review). I was 18 at the time, and this morning I am now 19 laying in that bed thinking of the day I made my first purchase. From the first day I walked in to the last day I walked out after making my final payment on the beds Christine made me feel like family. Christine is a Sales Manager at Arrows Brampton location on Queen St that is helpful, insightful, welcoming and empathetic. She never made me feel like a stranger and always remembered who I was when I walked through the doors, so spending all that money never felt so bad! Her patience and understanding made the process simple and convenient for my budget and the delivery service made my move to Saint Catharine's smooth and easy. I feel comforted knowing I made a valuable purchase that will last me many years to come while I finish up University. I thank Arrow and Christine, my next furniture purchase will always be with your company!
