Good service, customer friendly and affordable shopping! We bought an entire sofa set from Eduardo and he helped us a lot by selecting the right items and pricing!!

Excellent service, timely delivery, complain attended in a timely manner specially Mr. Hakim Khan was very helpful & supportive.

Being 6 weeks away from our new house move in date and out of country, we had resorted to select a furniture supplier who was excellent in customer service, had good selection and was ready to work around our schedule. We found Arrow to be the best and within Arrow Furniture, CSR Eduardo to be the star. He helped us all along till we finally artived in the country and shook hands. Even in store he was very helpful in making us choose further selections with reasonable discounts etc.
As a family we are very much satisfied with our purchases and have been enjoying since then.

I'm very please with the our Sales rep (Willie), and the set up crew from Arrow. Everything was delivered and set up on time. The delivery crew to great care to not leave any boxes or garbage behind. They were quick and very friendly. Willie answered all my questions and even the service department was grateful at getting back to me about my issue with on our our night stand tables that has a part that malfunctioned. Overall, great service! Definitely will be purchasing again from Arrow!

Great service, speedy delivery. Salesman (Michael) was superb, very courteous and delivery guys were good and we had delivery within 3 days of ordering.

Ed is helping us to pick up nice furnitures and provide the best service, I will refer the store to all my friends, their price are reasonable and delivery was on time and professional .

Purchased sofabed, dining room table and chair set. Everything was delivered on time, set up and cleaned up. The delivery crew worked very hard getting the sofabed into a room with a small doorway, no damage, no complaints - they were excellent and we couldn't be more pleased.
