Arrow Furniture

I purchased a new living room set a couple years ago in one of their locations on Arrow road near, Weston and Sheppard. I was satisfied with my purchase but the couches started to hang down after 3 months, they had told me that the leather was not supposed to do that. when I contacted them they didn't provide the necessary customer service. Now every time i look i my sofa it reminds me of their lack of product quality.

We had a great experience dealing with Gurpreet Kaur. She was very patient with us while we decided what we wanted and she provided helpful suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely return to Arrow Furniture and deal with Gurpreet again.

First of all I must say many thanks to Gurpreet Kaur (Sales Associate) who sold me the sofa and cocktail table. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her friendly attitude (keep smiling). I am planning on purchasing another sofa and I will be going right back to see Gurpreet for that purchase. Her customer service skills are excellent and it's very difficult these days to find good Sales Associate. Again, thank you Gurpreet, keep up the good work and you will be No. 1 Sales Associate one day. I will see you in the New Year.

Secondly, I also want to thank the Manager, Parmod Sherma, who also assisted with the paperwork. You made me feel comfortable when I come to your store and you had a friendly approach.

I received my delivery and everything went smoothly. Thanks to the delivery guys as well.

Very nice and elegant furniture store. Quality of furniture is superior to what you see in other stores like Bricks, Leon, etc. Service was great, and I recommended them to all my friends. We dealt with Farooq who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . He really gave us a great deal.

We purchased 2 sofas at Arrow furniture on October 5th 2016 and they were supposed to do the delivery on November 10th. We waited all day and at around 6 we called the store to find out the status of delivery. When we told Customer service rep that we had taken day off to wait for the furniture the reply was " who told you to take the day off, the delivery is not confirmed for November 10th". When we asked when the delivery was to be done, the answer was that they do not have this items on stock and we had to wait more. Called back on November 15th, were told that they will call us back in 15 minutes, nobody called back. Went to the store on November 16th to cancel the order and get the money back, the rep that was working called his boss Israel and after speaking with him for 10 -15 minutes, he did not get the OK from his boss to return the money back. He was concerned about loosing the commission on this purchase, as if we cared about his commission. He said to wait one more week for the delivery. This was totally unacceptable. This store not only does not provide you with the service after you pay everything, but also refuses to give you your money back. Very very very unsatisfied and upset with Arrow Furniture. Learned the lesson that it is much better to buy stuff from bigger and well-known companies than from Arrow Furniture or other small companies.

Good collection of furniture and knowledgeable staff. I am a discreet buyer and take my time in selecting stuff, especially home decor and furniture related stuff. I was pleased with the options available. Harwinder was very knowledgeable and helpful. didn't push for one sofa over other. I needed my sofa be delivered by the weekend, and Harwinder was upfront in advising if that couldn't be done. Finally when I narrowed down to 'the one' I wanted, delivery schedule became a concern. I wasn't sure of getting it by the weekend. Harwinder did his magic and got it delivered on Saturday. Very happy with the fact that they took extra pain in trying to meet my need. Would highly recommend this place and Harwinder to all my friends.

Eduard was a pleasant and knowledgeable sales associate. He was patient and courteous which allowed me to make a decision based on my own wants and needs. I'm particularly impressed with how quickly the furniture was delivered. All in all, it was a positive experience.
