First of all I must say many thanks to Gurpreet Kaur (Sales Associate) who sold me the sofa and cocktail table. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her friendly attitude (keep smiling). I am planning on purchasing another sofa and I will be going right back to see Gurpreet for that purchase. Her customer service skills are excellent and it's very difficult these days to find good Sales Associate. Again, thank you Gurpreet, keep up the good work and you will be No. 1 Sales Associate one day. I will see you in the New Year. Secondly, I also want to thank the Manager, Parmod Sherma, who also assisted with the paperwork. You made me feel comfortable when I come to your store and you had a friendly approach.
