very unprofessional service

We purchased 2 sofas at Arrow furniture on October 5th 2016 and they were supposed to do the delivery on November 10th. We waited all day and at around 6 we called the store to find out the status of delivery. When we told Customer service rep that we had taken day off to wait for the furniture the reply was " who told you to take the day off, the delivery is not confirmed for November 10th". When we asked when the delivery was to be done, the answer was that they do not have this items on stock and we had to wait more. Called back on November 15th, were told that they will call us back in 15 minutes, nobody called back. Went to the store on November 16th to cancel the order and get the money back, the rep that was working called his boss Israel and after speaking with him for 10 -15 minutes, he did not get the OK from his boss to return the money back. He was concerned about loosing the commission on this purchase, as if we cared about his commission. He said to wait one more week for the delivery. This was totally unacceptable. This store not only does not provide you with the service after you pay everything, but also refuses to give you your money back. Very very very unsatisfied and upset with Arrow Furniture. Learned the lesson that it is much better to buy stuff from bigger and well-known companies than from Arrow Furniture or other small companies.
