Great costumer service! 1st delivery the longer sectional didn't fit inside a regular elevator since the service elevator was down. So they let us keep the couch at their warehouse for a month and when the service elevator was fixed, they delivered without an addional cost for delivery. Delivery guys took real good care carrying the couch as well making sure it stays clean. Thank you!

Horrible service, no communication, super delayed delivery times.
When I received my shipment the first time, they were missing critical parts of the bed which I realized 2 days after, they did not bother letting me know.

I called customer service and they stated they would send a tech to my home 1 week later. I took off work once again, missed a day of wages once again and no one showed up. I called at 8pm and they told me that they're tech is "sick". They did not bother to notify me ahead of time and let me know so that I am not home all day waiting.

I spoke to the manager Hakim, and he did not even let me speak on the phone and voice my concern. Rushed to get me off the phone and said someone will give me a call and didn't solve any of my problems.

Ive been sleeping on the floor for a month now, still don't have the parts to fix my bed.

Horrible company.. Have been purchasing from them for awhile now but enough is enough. Would not recommend in the future. Stay away unless you want to deal with headaches.

The Arrow salesman that we dealt with, Ed, was extremely helpful in selecting this furniture for my mother's new retirement home suite. I was very particular about the dimensions as space is limited and he was very patient even though it was past closing time of the store. The furniture was delivered on time with no issues and the one item that was on back order was available shortly after as promised. It was just one night table and when we went to pick it up at the store we didn't realize we were supposed to be there before 7 p.m. as the Shipper/Receiver only worked until then. The salesman that was at the store that night not only filled our order but even helped my husband load and secure our car trunk. My mother loves her new furniture and has received numerous compliments. Thank you Ed and the staff at Arrow Furniture.

Isreal was amazing!! I moved into a condo and he was with me helping me every step of the way. His experience and expertise is impeccable. Was very happy with all my pieces. I would recommend Isreal and Arrow furniture to everyone I know. Will be back to purchase some art work and some accessories.

Christine Samuel (Assistant Manager) at Brampton Arrow furniture location helped us in selecting our furniture. She is very professional in her work and served us in a very friendly way.

Delivery guys from arrow furniture were very friendly and they set up our furniture the way we wanted.

We ordered 2 chairs and a love seat from Arrow furniture back in June. this was an order item and it was 4-6 weeks away. the items came in within 4 weeks. I rented a truck to come and pick this up coming from Bowmanville. took everything home set it all up to notice that one of the chairs the springs were broken. Called back to Arrow they would have to order another one another 4 weeks away. I received a call last week saying that the chair had arrived and that I needed to come in to do the exchange. The problem I have is why should I have to pay for another rental truck gas and my time to do the exchange when we received a broken product in the first place. I spoke with Jeff Ware this morning and he was very unprofessional but he is but confirmed that this exchange would have to be done in store. I tried to reason with him saying then at least give a discount on the order and this was refused as well. My next step is taking everything back to the store for refund I have already contact the financial institution to let them know that the product will be returned Jeff Ware said this was not a option as well but I explained the case to the financial institution and they said this was not a problem an my account would be credited.

I will be posting this on all review sites not because I want attention but I want everyone to be aware of this company.
