Horrible service, no communication, super delayed delivery times.
When I received my shipment the first time, they were missing critical parts of the bed which I realized 2 days after, they did not bother letting me know.
I called customer service and they stated they would send a tech to my home 1 week later. I took off work once again, missed a day of wages once again and no one showed up. I called at 8pm and they told me that they're tech is "sick". They did not bother to notify me ahead of time and let me know so that I am not home all day waiting.
I spoke to the manager Hakim, and he did not even let me speak on the phone and voice my concern. Rushed to get me off the phone and said someone will give me a call and didn't solve any of my problems.
Ive been sleeping on the floor for a month now, still don't have the parts to fix my bed.
Horrible company.. Have been purchasing from them for awhile now but enough is enough. Would not recommend in the future. Stay away unless you want to deal with headaches.

Hi Ferdows. I apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused but did want to clear a few things up. Your out of town delivery was in fact delivered within 10 days of your purchase which is fairly quick living closer to Stoney Creek and outside of our daily local delivery zones. I understand that you bought a floor model bedroom set and the slats were left at the showroom accidentally and upon our 2nd try our service technician called in sick that morning. We always call our customers if something like this were to happen and it is unfortunate but out of our control. People get sick. We either leave a message first thing in the morning or speak to our customers to let them know. We would also have given you a 2-3 hour timeframe the night before so there would be no need to stay home all day. We do have you booked for Thursday Oct 27 to take care of any remaining issues and apologize again for your inconvenience. Michael M.- Sales Manager
