Anna's Housekeeping Services

I came home to a house that was not clean. Counters were not wiped, floor dirty (never swept), kitchen sink dirty, toilet not touched, bathroom garbage can left downstairs in living room. Very disappointed.

Oh boy, where do I start? I have tried a few cleaning services in the last few years, and decided to try this one because of the price. Well, I guess you get what you pay for. This was bar none the worst cleaning service that I have ever had the misfortune to employ in my home. They barely touched any of the surfaces in the apartment in the 4 hours that they were here, and after they were finished, you couldn't tell that it had been cleaned at all. They also advertise that they provide their own supplies, but apparently "supplies" meant bringing one bottle of Glass Plus and using up my paper towels. Oh well, I guess I'm back to searching for a decent cleaner.

Anna's housekeeping has always arrived on time and has never missed an appointment. They are always polite and professional and willing to accommodate my specific requests. It is so nice to come home to a clean house after a long day at work!

We have used Anna's for the past two years and have been very happy with the company. We have had service whenever needed and they are always prompt and hard working. The price is great too. We are moving out of Toronto but would keep using the company if we could. Thanks

I had a photographer coming to my apartment to take photos of my living space. I needed a reliable cleaning service that would do a good job so I thought I would call Anna's Housekeeping Services.

When I called to schedule an appointment I told the woman on the phone that I needed special attention done to my apartment because I was having the unit photographed right after. The woman was very rude on the phone and sounded annoyed.

I paid for 3 hours of service to clean my 600 sq ft apartment. When I got home I was shocked to find my apartment was barely cleaned. There was dust remaining, the mirrors were not cleaned, the dishes were not done, the clothing was left laying around and the cleaning supplies were laying in the middle of the floor.

It is important to mention that I did a lot of tidying up the night before and only left surface area cleaning for the cleaning company.

I quickly called to express my disappointment to the company and the woman on the phone gave me several excuses and told me that the best she could do for me was give me a 10% discount for the next time.

I think its fair to say that I will not be using her discount or the company again.

Horrible. Stairs were untouched. A clump of dust and hair removed from a drain was left on the bathroom floor. A dirty rag was left on the bathroom floor. Corners of the bathroom were completely untouched. Unfriendly service.

We hired this service and was dissatisfied for the following reasons:
1. The people were not friendly, they never introduced themselves ,but did immediately complain about the work taking more time
2. We narrowed the list down to 3 key priorities and told them that to take their time to do a thorough clean, After 2 people spending 1:45 mins each, total of 3 and half hours, they ended up cleaning the master washroom, only topically.
2. the main shower stall glass and tiles still had soap scum and garbage stuck to it.
3. Tooothpaste on the doors of the cabinets was all still there.
I do expect that if they are taking their time then the job should be done right. I shared my feedback when one of the cleaners, instead of coming and seeing, got personally offended and accused us of not cleaning the washroom for 2 years, which in fact is not possible as this is a brand new renovated washroom done a year and half ago.
4. They cleaned the guest washroom, which was cleaned last weekend, in the same time,
5. So most of the 3 and half hours were spent on my master washroom which was not clean at the end of it.
The company agreed to have the cleaners stop and bill me half the amount for the hours cleaned, which I appreciate. But, I have an event on Saturday and I still am stuck with a job undone.

We've been using Anna's for several years, which obviously indicates our level of satisfaction. Reliable and professional, the women are polite and efficient and work hard. They are punctual and do a great job. The house feels great after a good clean!

I have used Anna's Housecleaning services for over 15 years. It is a safe reliable and flexible service. Excellent quality cleanning in a timely and flexible fashion - highly recommended.

The first time they came I thought the sloppy incomplete work might be explained by the woman being a bit sick (cold flu thing). I reported to the office that the stairs hadn't been washed, the wall of the bathtub hadn't been washed and the 'washed' dishes had gray wet dust on them indicating they'd be washed with floor water?!

The second time (I know, I know) she scratched little scrubby circles into a full length mirror and when I called to complain, I was told that she couldn't possibly have done this as she "Hadn't gotten around to cleaning it at all."
