Natalia at Anna's Housekeeping Services does a thorough job every 2 weeks. With 2 dogs, our home is very hairy! To come home after a long day at work to find it polished from top to bottom is heavenly! Thank you so much for all your hard work to make our home beautiful!

A neighbour recommended Anna's when we moved to Toronto 13 years ago. After trying a few other cleaning services, I tried Anna's and was very pleased with the results. We have been using them ever since. The head office is easy to work with, flexible and accommmodating in scheduling. They did our move-in and move-out cleaning when we moved out for renovations 2 years ago.
Anna's staff are punctual, efficient, polite and helpful. They are willing to add extra tasks (within the time allotment), and do an excellent job of cleaning. It's a delight to come home to a clean house! My husband said this week "that woman is a fantastic cleaner".
I would highly recommend Anna's Housekeeping to anyone, and have done so to neighbours, friends and work colleagues.

I needed a cleaning done for my condo. A friend recommended me to Anna's housekeeping yesterday and was hoping they were able to do it considering it was a long weekend. She booked me in for the next day. I wasn't home at the time of arrival but left my key with concierge. When I got home didn't know what to expect by the quality of job which would have been performed as I didn't even leave a list for her. I believe Kate had come by to do the job. When I walked in a was super impressed by the job. Everything was done including behind and under the couches, baseboards and even the backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom. Job well done. Tanya from Anna's Housekeeping Services come every other week to clean our downtown condo and she is AMAZING!! The service is reliable, thorough, flexible, reasonable and Tanya is the BEST! I love coming home to a clean place on Thursdays and I can always rely on Tanya to do a top-notch job. Everyone should use Anna's Housekeeping services - they ROCK!

Horrible service.
I called them to tell I will be away on vacation and to come the following week. Then as I was out of the country, I received calls about the cleaning lady being there and no one home (doh!)

When I called them back, they denied that I ever called them and said if I want to continue with their services, I will have to pay a fine.

Appalled, I asked if she - Irene - is calling me a li-ar and she flatly said that she does.

Do NOT use them.

I have been using Anna's Housekeeping service for a number of years and am extremely happy with them. They are very professional and have provided excellent service in all the years that I have been using them. The couple that cleans our house now are incredible. Very thorough and extremely nice. I have nothing but praise for this couple and the company in general.

I used them for a couple of months, trying a different cleaner each time but none were good. The job was always done poorly and with terrible attitude. One cleaner even used the same cloth to clean toilet seats and kitchen counters! The cleaners are almost always new to the country or young students. None of the cleaning was up to par. Anna herself was the worst, giving shameful customer service and very rude when I complained about the level of service. Her explanation was that I needed to book more hours to get quality cleaning. Well I did that and still the cleaners don't care enough to do a good job because Anna herself pays them too little. Poor level of service and poor customer service is what you will get with this company.

Hello everyone long story short this cleaning service is sooo bad and poor ranked the lady came to my house to clean and she used all my products and ahe only had empty bottles with her and she was so rude when iasked her to clean downstaris ... not good cleaning service

Worst cleaning I ever had done: did not dust, did not vacuum under the beds, did not put things where they were and besides, did not understand a word of what I said when I tried to help. To be honest, it as if I had thrown the money out of window.

I have used this service just under a year. I have found the teams that have been here to be professional, timely, friendly, hardworking and trustworthy.
I have had many teams here as I booked about every three weeks for three hours a visit.
I recommend Anna' Housekeeping service.
