I used them for a couple of months, trying a different cleaner each time but none were good. The job was always done poorly and with terrible attitude. One cleaner even used the same cloth to clean toilet seats and kitchen counters! The cleaners are almost always new to the country or young students. None of the cleaning was up to par. Anna herself was the worst, giving shameful customer service and very rude when I complained about the level of service. Her explanation was that I needed to book more hours to get quality cleaning. Well I did that and still the cleaners don't care enough to do a good job because Anna herself pays them too little. Poor level of service and poor customer service is what you will get with this company.
