DISGUSTING!!! Do not use this service. She used the same water to clean the three washroom floors in the kitchen and then used that water again to mop the bedroom floor. Kitchen counters still had crumbs. Mopped around the rugs on the floor. Needless to say, I had to reclean the house after she left. Waste of money!!!

Very pleased with Anna's Housekeeping service, reliable and very professional. They always accommodate my availability and the service is very good. House is spotless after the visit. Thank you very much.

Did not pay attention to priorities. I asked for the oven to be cleaned as top priority and when my landlord went to do my move out inspection it failed because the oven hadn't been cleaned AT ALL. I paid in advance (plus tip) for 4 hours and when I went up half hour before she was intended to leave she was already gone. NOT A GOOD OR RELIABLE CLEANING SERVICE. Pay the extra money for real professionals.

We had an excellent experience with AHS. They have us the option to have the same cleaner biweekly, and she was excellent. She did a wonderful job and made our lives so much easier! With a new baby in our home, our cleaner was also very considerate of any requests we made. It was an excellent match! AHS was recommended to me, and I have recommended to others who are also very pleased.

Unreliable, inconsistent, unaccommodating. Do not use this service. Unprofessional. Nearly impossible to get the time /day needed, canceled last minute before big Thanksgiving meal planned. Poor quality. Prices too high for no results.

I paid for a cleaner to come to my home for 3 hours. she was to clean my kitchen, including the oven. she stayed 2 hours and 5 minutes, and when I looked in the oven later, she had done the bottom of it but hadn't washed down the sides or the back. she attempted to vacuum, but had many problems getting my vacuum to work. she did a TERRIBLE job, and I most emphatically would NOT recommend this service to anyone. deal with professionals. I phoned and left the company a voice mail about how unhappy I was about their service, and got a voice mail back from them that she had complaints about me.
she was 15 minutes late getting here, and left after 2 hours and 5 minutes. I do not know her name, it wasn't an English one. the price was apparently reasonable, but for the very little she actually did, was a complete rip off.

We were generally happy with Anna's Housekeeping. Reasonably priced, generally prompt, and usually friendly. We had Irada come in bi-weekly for nearly 2 years and she does a fantastic job! Occasionally she would not be available so a replacement would be sent. Some good, some not so good. It was hit and miss. I would recommend this service but ask for Irada.

We have been using Anna's Housekeeping Services for our house cleaning needs for upwards of 4 years now and have been absolutely thrilled with the service we get. Our home gets cleaned exactly how we want and the business is very well run. Highly recommend them!

Happy with the service generally. Dependable and professional. We like the fact that our regular housekeeper, Anastasia, doesn't request that we leave our home while she cleans! She is very efficient and trustworthy.

We had Nazira for a few months and we love her. She cleans very well and irons as well. She always shows up on time with a smile and is happy to meet our needs and requests. The office is very professional. Always returns my calls and is happy to reschedule to meet our needs.
