Anna's Housekeeping Services

This was my first time employing the services of a cleaner for my apartment. Olga did a fantastic job!! She was also very personable and my dog absolutely adored her. I would definitely bring her in again. Worth the money!

We have used Anna's Housekeeping for about 3 years, mostly bi-weekly, but also ad hoc. The company has been professional in every way. We have always been more than pleased with the job done, and the company runs smoothly, accommodating courteously to our adjustments. I recommend wholeheartedly.

We have been using Anna's Housekeeping Services since 2008, both on a bi-weekly and ad hoc basis. All cleaning is most satisfactory despite having different cleaners show up when called in on an ad hoc basis. We continue to use this service.

I have used Anna's Housekeeping for over 10 years and they terrific. They do a thorough job at a reasonable price and are reliable and dependable. Always a good job!

We had originally spoke to Ana and were ready to book an appointment for a cleaning service. Once we we had called back to ask a few questio a prior to our booking, to get to know how this company works as we are first time clients, we were Very disappointed with the poor lever of professionalism from 'irina' who answers the phone.
she seemed Very rude, not willing to answer questions, she sounded annoyed from her first 'hello' she was not knowledgable and unprofessional!

We were very disappointed.
We will never call back again.

HORRIBLE EVERYTHING - I called Anna's on a late notice and she sent out two cleaners the very next day. One showed up on time and the other girl showed up 20 minutes late and left at the end of the cleaning without saying bye. Long story short they are the most horrible cleaning service you could ever pay for. They left and it was as if nothing was cleaned. I swiped my hands across the counter tops and a layer of dust still came off onto my fingers. They missed entire areas of the house while cleaning. All of the corners were still dirty and stains everywhere still. They lifted items off of the counters to lightly dust with their feather duster but failed to wipe the surfaces after dusting. Most upsettingly they placed the items that they've lifted back in a messy way so the place looked even more unorganized than before they came. I called the company right after the girls left to inform them of this and I received rude remarks suggesting that I should have not let the ladies leave and that I shouldnt have paid if I was unsatisfied, suggesting that it was my fault somehow and suggesting that she cannot do anything about it now since they've aleady left. I was promised a return phone call and that never happened. Please save your money and DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

Our family is using Anna's Housekeeping occasionally (including move-in & move-out cleanings) for about 10 years.Every time we're very satisfied. We purchased 2gifts certificates when our friend was in hospital. There is never a problem to book appointment ona short notice. Maids are always on time. They are hardworkinh, very reliable and capable. We like the oportunity thah you might ask for 1 or 2 maids to work along. for a long time the price is only $20 @ hour. We highly recommed this company to anybody who is looking for good, dependable service any day of the week.

I have been using them for years. They are wonderful; reliable and affordable. I have used them for my own home and would continue to use them because of the awesome job they do. They take great pride in doing a job well done!

my mother has been using Ana's for about 6 years in 2 different areas. she has had at least 8 different employees over that time.each one has been very pet friendly and pleasant mannered.changes to scheduled days are accomodated and she has been very satisfied with this service

.DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE - HORRIBLE SERVICE. they are the worst housecleaning service i have ever come across. they wasted my money and time. they did a lousy job cleaning my house. my 10 yr old child would have done a better job. Please do not use their service. they took 3 hrs to clean nothing and i paid for 6 hrs of service. they are rude and unfriendly. Please take my warning and do not waste your money.
