Anna's Housekeeping Services

We hired Anna's Cleaning Services to do a bi-weekly clean of our office located in downtown Toronto. Although we were very satisfied with the cleaning service itself, the customer service was absolutely dismal. The owner was
unbelievably rude and condescending with an utter lack of any customer service etiquette. This ruined our experience with what would have otherwise been a very great relationship. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this service to anyone.

We have been very satisfied with Ivana from Anna's Housekeeping. She works very hard and does a good job! The price is VERY reasonable, considering how much she works. We are happy customers!

We've been using Anna's Housekeeping for the last 6 months every 2 weeks. So far, nothing bad to say. We did have one cleaning lady that missed a few things, but a quick call fixed it for next time. I don't understand the bad reviews, as a quick call fixed the situation for us. Keep up the good work!

I have been using Anna's for a few months, and find it very convenient. I asked for the same person to be coming on a bi-weekly schedule and I am very happy with the service. I have had 2 different ladies so far and they always come on time, always very polite and courteous, very trust worthy, just wonderful ladies. Office has always been polite and accommodating when I needed to switch dates for vacations or any reason.

We have been using Anna's Housekeeping for 8 years. We have had 3 wonderful house cleaners during that time. They are prompt, efficient and diligent. It's a pleasure to come home after they have been there that day. We have recommended Anna's to many friends and family. It is a big value for us at $20/hr.

I have stopped using this cleaning agency as the standard of cleaning is erratic and she kept changing the staff and I would have to keep showing them what to do. I have a large home so you need to be thorough and you don't have time to dilly dally. I had used them for a couple of years and for a time I had a lady who I was happy with, but she left and then I went through a string of cleaning ladies.

I've used Anna's several times. Most of my experiences have been very positive. My last experience was not - they didn't even mop my floors so basically spent 5 hours (which Anna's insisted I book) dusting and cleaning a couple bathrooms. When I complained, I was told it was in my head and too bad for me. They were extremely rude to me as well. Unbelievable.

oh my god- such a bad experience!! I can clean my house better in 1 hr than she did in 3. I can't believe she did not even had creme bleach. and extremely bad attitude-left 20 mins before time. not just that, when I called the office to complain- they did not care a bit abt my bad experience. I can't believe the owner saying its because staff is tired in the evening!!! I was so pissed off that I made this login just so that I can write a deserving review!!

I have used Anna's Housekeeping for many years and I have been very happy with it. I like how easy it is to book and the flexibility of booking any day I want rather than having a regular service. I have found that almost all of the employees have been very hard working, reliable and capable.
