My husband and I recently hired Stay Dry Waterproofing company and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism displayed from start to finish. When we called the company to get a quote, Stefano came out and he thoroughly assessed the issue and found we had crack he did measurements and even gave us a drawing of what he would do and explained each step of the process in detail. We even mentioned our downspouts and he offered to fix it for no extra charge. The team Harry and Fatty came out early to start the job. The waterproofing system they installed looks very neat and professionally done. They had to cut through our concrete I was very impressed by how neat and precise of a job they did. They also cleanup very well before leaving. I feel secure knowing the work is backed by a solid warranty. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of reliable waterproofing services. They truly did a great job.

After the massive storms this summer, and removing gallons of water multiple times from my crawlspace, it was time to call in the pros to waterproof my basement. I received a referral for Stay Dry Waterproofing from my neighbours - and Domenic, his son Stefano and their work crews didn't disappoint.

Their quote was quite detailed and included diagrams so I could visualize the work that they were planning. Both Stefano and Domenic were polite and patient with me - explaining the work and answering my many questions. Despite being a super-busy time, my job was booked quickly.

Although there were some hiccups in my job - was initially planned for less-expensive, internal work, but due to extremely and unusually thick concrete floors needed to move to external work - the job was completed with a high-level of quality, with respect for my property and for my neighbours. While digging, they discovered and patched a massive hole (imagine big enough for a family of raccoons to traverse!) down in my foundation that was a major contributor to the problem on one side of the house, and I've seen the difference immediately in that corner of my crawlspace ... dry as a bone! And the rest of the crawlspace has remained dry as well. Their work has given me peace of mind - no more stressing when it rains, or vacuuming up buckets of water and a 25-year guarantee - but my shop vac is feeling a bit abandoned now! lol.

There was some additional work required at additional cost - which they discovered once the job started, but it totally made sense to me. However, Domenic was wonderful and spotted some other things I needed and provided at no charge, which speaks to how much he wants to help his clients.

Our house is almost 40 years old and when me and my husband moved in we noticed there was a crack on one side on the foundation. We contacted stay dry to look into it and to repair it. Stefano was very thorough and detailed with their explanation on the crack and the steps they would take to fix it and provided us with diagrams and an itemized invoice on each part of the work they quoted us for. My windows wells were filling up with water which was running into the basement, after the heavy rains we had recently. Called a couple of places and Stefano came the next day even though a super busy time. The price was basically the same as everyone else but the fact he was really personable and had a crew that could ensure my heavily hardscaped backyard would look exactly the same as when they started won me over.
