When we called the company to get a quote, Stefano came out and he thoroughly assessed the issue and found we had crack he did measurements and even gave us a drawing of what he would do and explained each step of the process in detail. We even mentioned our downspouts and he offered to fix it for no extra charge. The team Harry and Fatty came out early to start the job. The waterproofing system they installed looks very neat and professionally done. They had to cut through our concrete I was very impressed by how neat and precise of a job they did. They also cleanup very well before leaving. I feel secure knowing the work is backed by a solid warranty. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of reliable waterproofing services. They truly did a great job. I would definitely hire this company again.
