Isaiah came out on a Sunday with his assistant to fix up a few things which the trades didn't do to my liking.

1. The sales appointment with Leon was informative and we picked him out of the 3 people that we saw. I don't go based on name of company but rather the people I have to deal with. I felt comfortable dealing with Leon rather then the other 2.

2. The design appointment with Isaiah and Maria was fast, efficient and we picked everything to our liking. They even gave us some free upgrades.

3. The trades that worked on our basement were top quality but some left mess around the basement or the outside which my wife was not happy with. Isaiah did correct the problem.

Overall it was a great experience and Isaiah and his team work very hard. The one nuance as I am a clean freek makes it a 9/10.

I would recommend them to anybody looking for a reputable for a company. The initial meeting went very well and unlike other companies their sales guy was not pushy but rather informative. The design team at the showroom was great and gave us great ideas. When there was problems they always came back.

After getting a few quotes from different people I went with Beaver because they seemed like good guys to deal with. They were middle of the line in terms of pricing but delivered on a great product in a reasonable time span. The material quality was excellent. The process was smooth from the initial meeting to the design to the construction. I have already referred a friend.

Isaiah and his team created a basement apartment with a separate entrance. They got all the permits so it is a legal basement apartment. They arranged financing for the basement which is a big help because I didn't have all the money at the time. They made a kitchen, a living area and a bedroom. Now the apartment generates a positive cash flow of 200 dollars per month. Thank You to Leon and Isaiah for making this all happen.

I am a massage therapist and needed to build an office that I can see clients at home. Isaiah designed a basement which had a bar; a waiting area and two massage rooms. I chose a lot of upgrades for basement as I have picky clients. The prices that were charged for the upgrades were much better then you would pay a sub division builder. Overall I am happy with the product and the customer experience.
