Alain and his crew were very professional and accommodating. Making sure I was happy with the plans and the work as it was progressing were important to them. The removal of the wall and installation of the patio door was completed in less than a day with everything cleaned up beautifully. The glass railing on the deck allows for an unimpeded view of the yard, exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with my new deck and door.

Alain and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely professional and friendly. They listened to all of our questions, concerns wants and needs for this project and made sure that we were completely satisfied. They took their time and made sure that the job was done perfectly and always asked our opinions as they worked through the project to ensure we were content. They did a beautiful job with our master bathroom. We would definitely hire them again for our future home renovations!!!

I needed both of my bathrooms completely renovated and had a specific look in mind. I am also quite particular. First Key was very accommodating to my requests and focused on my satisfaction. When something wasn't to my liking, they were willing to fix it. Someone was on site nearly every day to keep the job moving along. I felt the the cost was fair given the materials I wanted to use based on other quotes I received. I live in a condo and it isn't easy to find someone willing to do condo renovations so I appreciated that they were open to taking the job. I would certainly recommend First Key for your next renovation.

I needed my kitchen renovated, Alain and his crew surpassed my expectations. I followed up with a basement renovation as well. Definitely recommend them. He is courteous, efficient, and his pricing is fair. Most importantly the work speaks for itself.

Alain and his team went above and beyond to lay the flooring in our home. They were communicative, friendly, responsive and diligent in their work. We were kept in the loop about progress along the way and the final result was gorgeous. You can tell they take pride in what they do, including taking care of their customers.

I would highly recommend working with them again, and we hope to engage them on future projects as well!

I cant speak highly enough of my experience with First Key. I engaged them to remove old hardwood flooring and put in new engineered hardwood flooring, along with quarter round and painted baseboards. We have a very old home, and the job required that Alain and his team went above and beyond to make things work. They did all of this in a very timely manner and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. More importantly though, they were excellent at communicating, they were timely, thorough, polite, and genuinely concerned with our happiness. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If I could summarize it in one sentence, I would say that working with First Key is working with good people.

Renovated the entire main floor to upgrade hardwood and remove tile in the kitchen. Hardwood looks amazing. Even got custom vents in the same hardwood as the flooring. We barely see them now!
New kitchen cabinets now and it's looking amazing. Highly recommend

Finding someone that you can trust like Alain and First Key Homes is so important. From the first day we knew we could trust their knowledge and support. from the demolition to our load bearing wall, new hardwood floors and kitchen everything was done with a sharp eye and expertise. They would always clean up after themselves as well.

Working with First Key homes was a truly a great experience. The consultation, the preparation and the detailed work was wonderful. Alain and his team constantly kept me up to date on the work progress, and details of the arrangement. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a house renovation.
