Isaiah and his team created a basement that can be used as a home office for me. I created a washroom, a computer room, and a board room with a bar. Now I can see my clients at home instead of driving to my office in innisfill. This allows me more time to spend with my family. Isaiah did an amazing design and the finishes were really above my expectations. I would recommend them to anybody that needs a team that will make sure that you have a basement that fits yours needs.

Isaiah and his team designed a basement that is perfect for my 3 kids. They created an entertainment area where all 3 kids can enjoy home entertainment and the younger one can play with their toys. Also created was bedroom and a computer room for my older son as he likes privacy . They achieved everything so want. They even gave us a free Samsung 65 inch TV. Thank You to Isaiah for giving us an awesome customer experience in finishing our first ever basement.

After dealing with a contractor that took our 6k deposit we decided to go with a company recommended by my friend. They were not the cheapests but were reliable and professional. They finished an awesome basement that my kids can enjoy. The company is ran by great people that are a pleasure to deal with. They threw many free upgrades into our project.

From the first time we met Leon we were impressed. They knew what they were doing in terms of designing and finishing a space that would satisfy all out needs. My kids have a play area, I have an entertainment room, and a home office which helps me so i dont have to commute to Etobicoke everyday. The basement was finished in 7 weeks, the area was left spotless, and we have not had any issues since. Everybody was very responsive. I enjoyed working with Beaver and their team. Basement was finished in March 2017.

I have a nice corner townhouse but when I had my second kid I needed more space. Instead of upgrading to a bigger home which would be too expensive I had my basement converted into good usable living space where I could hangout with my kids, catch a game or do work from home. Isaiah and his team did a good job in designing and creating a space that fits my needs. They did exactly what was needed and provided me with a living space which I could enjoy. What impressed is how knowledgeable everyone on the team is. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a quality finished basement with licensed trades.

Did a basement with Isaiah and his team in April 2017. It took 8 weeks to complete. They were very professional and courteous throughout the project. The craftsmanship was above my standards, as all trades did an amazing job. Created an entertainment room that has all the bells and whistles for a good Saturday night. From the initial meeting to the final stages the company went all out in making sure I was satisfied. The space was left cleaned up ready to be used.

Did an amazing job in doing a 2000 square foot basement. Completed a nanny suite with a kitchen, a sauna, an entertainment room, a bar and 2 washrooms. Lots of choice to the finishes they offered. upgrades were reasonably priced. Now I am enjoying poker games every Friday with my buddies. Thank You to Isaiah and his team.
