Finished my basement with Isaiah in July 2016. Have not had a problem since then. I recommended them to 2 friends already and both have been happy with the result. Isaiah was very knowledgeable and had some creative ideas for my basement. The variety of finishes that they offered were better then then other companies we saw. The experience was excellent with this company.

Did an awesome job on finishing my basement. very nice people to deal with. Were very flexible even after contract was signed, which is different experience from my friends who had problems after. Isaiah was always on top of his team and really knows his atuff about construction. i would recommend them to anybody looking for quality finished basement

Created two bachelor apartments in my walkout basements. They got me approved for financing and now I am generating cash flow positive returns on their jobs. I have several properties in GTA and will be using them again. Thanks Isaiah and his team. Everybody is super nice except the receptionist.

I really enjoyed working with Isaiah and his team. My basement was completed in May 2016. It took them about 4 weeks to finish it. I got quotes frok a few companies and their company provided the best value for the money. They also offered electronic and audio stuff something the other companies did not want to deal with. Their standard finished were upgrades for other companies. They also use licensed trades while some of the smaller companies did not do that.

Their quote was higher then another company but the finished they gave were much better then the other companies. 12 by 24 porcelain tiles, vinyl anti mould floors, glass shower, granite countertops for bar and etc. Guys were a pleasure to deal with. They wouldn’t come down on the price but I guess they make sure to deliver what they promise.

Leon, Isaiah and Vlad were amazing to deal with. Such great guys that I even went fot drink after the basement was done. Basement had an entertaiment area with a bar, a washroom and a bedroom. The speed that the project was completed was impressive. Below is a picture of the bar I am enjoying.

Did a solid job to build a basement after my kid was born. Created a perfect play area, did a wonderful job in designing a bsmt that works for us. There was a couple of issues but Isaiah always came back to fix the problem promptly which is where a lot of my friends had problems with other companies. Basement was done in june 2017
