We were doing a complete renovation to our townhome and had Emiljano from Asteri Construction give us a quote on tiling 2 bathrooms walls and floors as well as adding brick veneer to our fireplace. They gave us a fair quote on the price. Others had quoted lower/higher quotes than the ones we received from Asteri but decided to go with them based on their reviews and after speaking with Emiljano who gave us assurances of their pride in their work.

No regrets at all. They did exactly what we wanted, did an amazing job both on the tile work and the fireplace. They showed up everyday, did the work, were very professional, cleaned up the work area every day and did what they promised within the timeframe they told us.

We could not be happier with the overall job they did and have recommended them to other friends and family members who are going to do renovations on their place.

I had several projects around my house I had been putting off: a new shower, veneer bricks around a fireplace, exterior front fence, new back exterior stairway, insulating part of my basement, and drywalling.

Asteri quoted along with many other companies. Their quote was so fair, yet Emiljano seemed so knowledgeable and had great attention to detail that it almost seemed to good to be true.

Turns out it wasn't! He said he was going to bring in a full team and get the work done quickly (which I had heard many times before), and boy did he ever. Eight guys were in my tiny place on day-one, making sure the place was completely protected and working very hard. They got everything done quickly and the work was fantastic. They went above and beyond and even painted where they did work, just because they had the time.

I haven't had a lot of great stories working with contractors in the past, but I can't recommend Asteri Construction enough. They're honest, fair, trustworthy, and it's been a refreshing change. Thank you!

Emiljano came in after a disastrous tiling job. He was a joy to work with and I will highly recommend him to all my friends. Emiljano did a superlative tiling job and secured the area so well that the rest of the home was perfectly clean when he left. He finished the job a day early, gave me regular updates and managed an awkward elevator and parking situation without complaint. He is a gem.

Asteri was very professional from beginning to end of the service. They were on time, well organized and polite.
My only complaint is that the price I paid was a couple hundred more than what I was quoted and had I not been in a financial position to afford the extra cost it would have caused an issue. Overall the price was worth their work so thank you!

Hired Asteri Construction for full basement renovation. Awesome work, Well organized team. Project completed on time. Couldn't ask for anything else. Recommend them to everyone.
