Mark was very responsive and able to diagnose and address our mold issue extremely quickly - including rebuilding the affected areas. He was always great to deal with and worked really hard to meet our tight timeline. All of his team were great guys as well. Mark was terrific in helping us with the paperwork around our insurance claim also. Mark knows what he is doing and the work looks fantastic.

I had a basement drain back up in one of my rental properties. The water and sewage damage was not significant but I wanted to make sure the damaged area was properly cleaned, deconatminted and sanitized. I called Mark and he came by the same day and while he could not provide a hard quote, he did provide me with a sense of the cost per hour, the cost of the scrubber air cleaner and the number of hours it would take. His crew came the very next morning and they did an excelletn job! My tennat was very happy with the job and the final result. The final bill had no surprises and was actually lower than i had expected. Great job Mark!! I would be happy to use yur services in the future.

Mark and his team came on the night of our sewage backup incident and quickly got to work. They removed all of the content, removed the sewage water, and dried and sanitized the space as quick as possible. There were some hiccups - some of the content was lost during the move to an offsite storage unit. But Mark owned up to it and he also personally helped with working with my insurance adjuster to get me a fair settlement.

Many thanks to the team and Mark especially. He came for a free estimate and I've got a fair deal. I've interviewed a few more companies by phone, but for some reasons I just felt they are gonna do a great job. And my expectations were met. They came three times. So do not expect the job to be done in an hour. It's a special process and a technology behind it. My attic looks like new now. Literally, the plywood is brand new.
They also put a bathroom fan vent which wasn't properly installed by the previous contractor (through the soffit). They clean the baffles, so this is adequate airflow in the attic.

Water leaked from a heating/cooling unit, under the floor and was absorbed into the wall panels until it was noticed. Mark Mirashi and his crew came to address the damage caused by the leak by the next morning. They quickly assessed the situation and ensured that the wet floors were removed and wet walls were cut away. Fans and dehumidifiers were left to dry the premises and ensured that mold would not grow. The emergency work was completed within two days. At the same time we were dealing with our insurance company. Mark provided sage advice which helped to ensure that the proper scope of work was allowed. Once matters were settled with the insurance company, Mark and his trades returned to the job site to ensure the rebuild was completed before the holiday season began.
