Many thanks to the team and Mark especially. He came for a free estimate and I've got a fair deal. I've interviewed a few more companies by phone, but for some reasons I just felt they are gonna do a great job. And my expectations were met. They came three times. So do not expect the job to be done in an hour. It's a special process and a technology behind it. My attic looks like new now. Literally, the plywood is brand new. They also put a bathroom fan vent which wasn't properly installed by the previous contractor (through the soffit). They clean the baffles, so this is adequate airflow in the attic. Highly recommended!
