I called Mark late on a Saturday night to retrieve a gold earring that had fallen into my washbasin sink. I was desperately looking for a solution to remove it from the sink pipe. Instead of taking advantage of my situation, he offered a solution via WhatsApp images for free, and it worked. He was so great and helped us at the right moment

Our basement was flooded by water from a backed-up sewer line during a big rainstorm. Within a few hours the crew sent by the Restorators was on the job.
The four man crew quickly removed the panelling from the walls in the flooded area and placed fans to dry up the water. By day two the affected areas were dry. I used The Restorators for a sewage leak in my house that ended up being an insurance claim. Mark's crew was quick and thorough in the cleanup. Mark even assisted with communication with the insurance company on my behalf. The only drawback is that Mark is very busy and one has to be patient (and persistent)!
