Mark and his team came on the night of our sewage backup incident and quickly got to work. They removed all of the content, removed the sewage water, and dried and sanitized the space as quick as possible. There were some hiccups - some of the content was lost during the move to an offsite storage unit. But Mark owned up to it and he also personally helped with working with my insurance adjuster to get me a fair settlement.

I contacted Mega City Roofing regarding a roof leak on the main roof. Tom (the owner) came out personally to fix it. There were loose shingles due to the high winds the day before. He helped re-nail them and apply a sealant all around suspect areas and the leak stopped. Although we were holding off on replacing the shingles on our addition, with the roof leak and winter coming up fast we wanted to be proactive. We received a fair quote from Tom and we decided to have him and his crew handle it as well. They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and also their clean up was spotless! The roof leak on the main roof did manage to re-occur but Tom suspected the roof vents and he quickly took care of it. It is now January and there has been no leak since November. I would recommend Mega City Roofing for all of your roofing needs!

I was having new hardwood floors put in and I had reached out to Ralph to renovate to match the main staircase and another set of stairs leading down to the sunken living area. Ralph's recommendation was to recap the main stairs and refinish the other. Multiple vendors were working on-site but Ralph and his crew were very accommodating and worked alongside them. Despite the tight timelines, they were able to deliver on-time with great results. There were a few minor cosmetic issues on delivery but Ralph quickly had them resolved. Highly recommended.

We had just purchased our new home and we were looking to replace the old strip flooring with new hardwood floors. We only had a little over two weeks to order, ship and install the new floors and refinish the stairs before we move in. Dov and Roy were extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process to find our ideal flooring within our budget. Although we did ultimately decide to have the installation completed by another vendor, they were instrumental in securing and getting the floors in on time to meet our tight deadlines. If it weren't for a minor mishap where I had to secure the stain for the stairs elsewhere last minute, this experience would be a 10/10.
