On Side Restoration Services Ltd.

A guest in my suite had accidentally allowed clothing to interfere with the washer door seal. Water leaked under the flooring throughout the suite. OnSide was on site within two hours of the call from the adjuster and swiftly took charge of the restoration. Nick and all the workers were friendly, patient, and efficient. When a small item was missed, Nick sent the plumber back within 48 hours to make the small fix. I was also surprised that OnSide provided cleaning services to put things back in order. I'm so impressed by the service I received. Thanks OnSide.

In the midst of a double family tragedy, we suffered a major water damage on New Year's Day! On-Side was there within short order for the immediate needs. Throughout the restoration, with one minor exception, communication was good. The quality and efficiency of the work performed was above reproach. The job was done very well and to our complete satisfaction.

Started off with good communications while they were reporting to the insurance company to close up the buildings damaged by tree fall and provide a cost estimate for repairs. In November the insurance company said they were satisfied with the proposed budget and informed me that I could contract Onside to do the repairs or hire anyone else as they wanted me to manage the work.
In February I hired a local contractor who did the work for $6000. My insurance agent called me in march and mentioned that Onside were going to proceed with the repairs, I immediately called the Onside manager, he told me he had ordered materials and wanted to get paid. He ignored my instructions several times and in no way treated me like his client.
He emailed a private invoice for $7000 exceeding the original material estimate by over $1000. The invoices show that the material order was placed several weeks after we talked on the phone and I had emailed him asking him to stop all work.

I have called several times and requested from a very pleasant person that someone senior contact me about the project. That was well over 4 weeks ago.

The service and craftsmanship was superb, the gymnasium floor has never looked better, we have new sports lines and Community logo applied with great accuracy, the sealer and waxing finish are protecting the floors and clean up is very easy. Our athletes are extremely pleased with the playing surface.

The first time that we needed to use On Side was roughly 2 1/2 years ago, when our black water decided to back up in our basement. It wasn't horrible, but certainly not good. Our Intact Insurance broker put us in touch with On Side, and within 2 hours (Late at night, on a Saturday), there were 3 On Side representatives at the door. They spent about an hour cleaning up every speck of contamination, and were incredibly thorough in their work. Over the course of roughly 2 or 3 weeks, On Side had completely repaired all the damaged areas. My wife at this time was just starting her 8th month of pregnancy. When the baby girl arrived, it was to a sparkling clean, and re-finished home. A huge thank you to Mr. Rob Pierce for that project's completion!!

This time, about a month ago, my wife discovered some blackness in the carpet when she moved some furniture in a room downstairs that is adjacent to a finished bathroom. We were once again thrust into the nightmare of getting someone here right away to help us out with this. I know that black mold is nothing to play around with. Well, in my haste, I google searched "OnSide Restor", and picked the first match that showed up, and quickly called them. Unfortunately, to my disappointment, I somehow got connected to some different restoration place.. it seems that they paid for a google ad that put them at the top of the list. I didn't figure this out until the crew of 2 came in and did a half-hearted job at removing a small section of wall and tack strips.
Once that other company left, I made damn sure I had the correct telephone number, and called On Side. This time, a friendly voice asked how they could help, and I explained the situation. Within a couple hours, a rep came out, and because this was Friday, and everything was now dormant, we both agreed to save overtime, and start restoration on Monday.
On Monday, the crews came out, stripped the carpet, more drywall (they found more travelling contamination), and just did a much more thorough decontamination. Over approximately 2 weeks, the crews that came in and did their jobs were extremely polite, courteous, and very professional. They didn't waste any time at getting the job done. Bobby was amazing at scheduling each craft to come in and compliment the craft prior to them.
I know that I am rambling, but this needs to be said... On Side is the most professional, most courteous, and communicates extremely well.

I could have attempted (lol, yeah right) to fix all this myself, but I would still be at sage 1 of 9.

we had a large portion of a warehouse roof and 50% of an office shingled roof severely damaged due to a wind storm. Out insurance company put us in touch with OnSide who were on site quickly, got the repair work started almost immediately, and were extremely helpful in assisting with the require work and claim from start to finish.

We were very satisfied with On-Side, all of the staff were knowledgeable, polite and did a fantastic job. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a restoration company. Thank you for a job well done!
