Tap 2 Drain Plumbing Services

This company derserves zero stars for their technical aptitude and customer service.
As the local authorized warranty service provider for Hayward pool equipment, we were required to hire them to find out what was wrong with our newish pool heater.
After complaining to us directly about how much he dislikes his work, the technician made a diagnostic error. When we inquired about him coming back to review at our situation, this company abandoned us as customers, leaving us scrambling to try and get warranty coverage.
A better company would acknowledge their mistake and work with us to make it right.
Hayward has been advised on the service provided by their subcontractor. Pool owners beware - stay away.

Shane was my serviceman. He was very polite, explained everything in detail as to what needed to be done. He was very particular regarding cleanup. Everything was left spotless and I am very satisfied.

Highly impressed with the service. I called around 10am about a sewer back-up problem. Leanne was pleasant and helpful on the phone and promised to arrange for a technician to help us ASAP.

Shane arrived around 1pm. He was efficient, communicative and pleasant throughout the time he was in our house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Tap 2 Drain for similar plumbing needs.

We had Tap 2 Drain replumb the entire house, replacing the Poly-B piping. Steve & Chris completed the work on time and within budget. When they noticed the remains of previous work done wrong, they made improvements and corrections - we were impressed by the standards they work by, they left everything so much better than it was before. Shane and Alexi handled the renovation of our EnSuite; turned a 34 yr old bathroom into an up-to-date gem. Amazing job with every detail - Shane made a point of knowing our preferences on each detail. Again, job completed on time and within budget. All of the team working here were respectful, professional, and personable - We recommend Tap 2 Drain with confidence - Thank You so very much!

we had to replace our poly b piping and had Ron and Taylor do ours and we were very pleased with the work and how clean everything was left at the end of every day, had one little problem and Ron came and fixed it right away. I would recommend this company anytime and feel we.... "you get what you pay for" thanks

My husband arranged everything then he passed away. I was so comfortable with Shane and his helper, they were friendly and explained everything to me. They had to work around all the other renovations happening in the complex at the same time. The end result was so much better than i expected, turned out beautiful. Thanks again. I would definitely recommend them and will call again for future projects.

We had a few quotes done for our Poly B replacement, but I was most at ease with the expertise of Tap2Drain - they even crawled up into my attic cause I thought there was a leak.

Ron and Taylor were so great, they got the job done, cleaned up after themselves leaving no messes at all. Ron handled all our questions and requests amazingly. Will be recommending them to everyone in our neighbourhood that needs to upgrade their PolyB

Josh and Julian were awesome and did a great job. I have had this company out before and have always been happy with their service I would definitely recommend them !!

Zsolt came right on time to attend to water on the floor in front of a toilet. He was courteous and friendly throughout the visit. He quickly determined that the water was not coming from the toilet but suspected a small leak in the ceiling. He went into the attic to investigate and noticed evidence of a leak, which I have turned over to our Strat to handle. He then cheerfully attended to some other work that I wanted him to do and made some suggestions on how to deal with other pesky fixture problems that come with 15 year old plumbing. Zsolt was very helpful and efficient. He is welcome here any time.

We had tap to drain install our shower for us. During the install of the shower wall they cut the plastic walls in our garage without using drop cloths. The dust from the cutting got in and on everything in the garage. The GM has since contacted us to apologize and rectify the situation. We appreciate the prompt response.
