Highly impressed with the service. I called around 10am about a sewer back-up problem. Leanne was pleasant and helpful on the phone and promised to arrange for a technician to help us ASAP. Shane arrived around 1pm. He was efficient, communicative and pleasant throughout the time he was in our house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Tap 2 Drain for similar plumbing needs.
