Good Morning, thank you for providing your feedback on your experience with Pacesetter Homes. We have definitely had issues with our grading company and we have taken action with them already. Your expectations with what happens at possession and afterwards including ongoing seasonal and exterior work were not set clearly, so we can understand your frustration.
