Affirmed Home in Beaumont

I bought a "in construction" Affirmed unit back in Nov 2013 from Deb. She was very helpful throughout the sales process. Afterwards I dealt with Kelly in Beaumont and he was awesome to deal with. Always answered my questions in a timely manner. Overall very satisfied with the sales side.

I have lived in the house for about a month now and I have dealt with Mason and Denny (supervisors) and they have been awesome to deal with. 10 out of 10. Any issues I have had they have fixed IMMEDIATELY. They are both very knowledgeable with and very professional.

The house is very well built and well done for its price (beginner home). I have not had any issues at all (1 month since possession).

My only issue with Pacesetter was that the show home did not fully reflect the finished product. There were a few differences (mostly lighting fixtures and cabinets).

Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

New home

Nothing in the world is perfect, neither is Pacesetter, But they make up for it in follow ups and after sales response. The sales team was ok and flexible, but some things were not explained very clearly; and there were lot of back and forth with the missed paperwork, and inflexibility with any changes after the blueprint. The quality of the finished house was more than satisfactory, and the area supervisor(Thomas) was very prompt with his responses. The basement looks little sloppy, but we are satisfied with the overall construction. There are other builders out there who would totally wash your hands off after you have signed on the dotted line; but not pacesetter, After listening to some horrible experiences of my acquaintances who used other builders, I would definitely recommend Pacesetter Homes who are offer an overall decent product for a decent price.

Brand new home

Purchased a spec home. Moved in in Oct 2013. Still waiting for our rough grade to pass as it has failed twice already. We would like to move forward with our property but cannot do anything until the lot passes. We just keep getting strung along and it's taking a toll on our sanity seeing the rest of the neighbours get grass. They take your money and let you wait until it's convenient for them to deal with your issues. Dealing with inconsiderate contractors that block your driveway and I could go on but maybe later.

Single Family Home

I am building a single family home with Pacesetter Home. It has been an endless nightmare for me. There is no credibility on their words. The story they told me keeps changing. They did not hesitate to infringe my rights to maximize their own benefits. The only goal for them is to close the deal. After you sign the contract, they will not be responsible for anything. I even had to pay for mistakes they made themselves! My only suggestion is save your money and STAY AWAY from Pacesetter Home before it is too late!!! If it has been too late for you to get out, use a recorder or your phone to record all the conversations you have with them. Have everything in writing and have them to sign. Pay 200% attention on everything comes out from their mouths. Otherwise you can be trapped.

House in Langdale

I would just like to put some good vibes out there about Pacesetters. We found our home in Langdale for a fantastic price and jumped on it as soon as well could. The sales manager, Rick Metcalfe, has been very helpful and he has even gone above and beyond for us making sure that all our questions are answered and our needs are met. The builder, Peter, is amazing, he takes so much pride in his work and it shows throughout the house.
We have only been living there for 3 weeks and have now started to live in the mud that comes along with purchasing a new house. We were told we would have a garage, deck and rough grade done in the spring (or as soon as possible) and I believe that Pacesetters will see this through.
This is the first time my husband and I have ever bought a home, so we've learned a lot along the way. There are always bumps but thats what makes things fun!
I can't wait to be able (for the first time) to sit out in my own backyard and bbq while drinking a nice ceaser and watching my dog run around his very own backyard.

Cheers to you Pacesetter! Keep up the fantastic work and thank you for helping making our homeowning dreams come true!
Can't wait for the Summer to see our home completed!

Single family home in Newcastle

Amazing experience! Sales team of Sue and Patty were wonderful and supportive! They were always on top of progress in our home during construction, and even helpfully pointed out things in our walkthroughs they thought we might need to address. Huge hearts in these women and actually care about you as a person! We will spend the time to search what community they are in when we purchase our next home!! I can't tell you enough how wonderful these ladies are!!! Our house was completed well before the year they estimated in the beginning. Possession day was smooth and hassle free! Nikki was wonderful when doing the final walk through and very supportive! Only issues were a few door stops and paint. The only downfall of possession day was having the painters there that day. They left a bit of a mess in each room ( from sanding) but we cleaned it. Dealing with the warranty department had been quick, easy and they have always been in contact with us and issues resolved! Also a huge thank you to the site superintendent James and Trevor! We've had some issues with the debris and it was taken care of immediately and done well beyond what we expected. We would purchase a Pacesetter home again and I have referred them( and the lovely sales team of Sue and Patty) to my best friend who also purchased a home. Almost 3 months in our home and we are so happy!!! Thanks Pacesetter!!!
