I was looking for someone to replace the storm door to our deck which had got messed up over the years. Luca came by to quote but recommended replacing the whole door with a door with a built-in screen. This didnt feel like upselling, more like good advice. He kept in touch while the door was on order. Came when he said he would. The price seemed reasonable. The work seems very thorough and the new door, frame, and step are definitely an upgrade. I'm intending to use him again for new windows.

Lucas arrived on time for a quote. Had an honest cinversation about the complexity of installing a storm door where the jamb of the existing door or frame is PVC.

After taking measurements it was determined a custom door would required.

Custom door took two weeks. It was delivered and installed very well.

Luca did an amazing job replacing my front door, side windows and frame. He is always very easy to deal with and explains everything in detail.

We called Lucas Windows and Doors and he came out and took measurements and then provided us with a quote for a new front door. Once we had all the colours and hardware pick Luca came and installed the door. It took about half a day for the removal of the old door and replacement with the new fiberglass door. Luca did a great job installing a new French patio door. He was the only company to make an in-person visit to take measurements and explain what the job would entail. Our house is over 90 years old and nothing is really square so the installation required some fine-tuning to ensure a proper fit but Luca did an excellent job making the adjustments needed. He showed up on time, left the patio spotless and completed the bulk of the work in one day, returning the next day to complete some finishing details. Our wait time for the installation was half the time quoted by other companies. I would highly recommend him.

I asked Luca to replace my small 32 inch door with a larger 36 inch door with a small clear glass sidelight. Luca showed me a brochure with different door styles in it and I chose one that would provide privacy but still let in a lot of light for this north facing exposure. Unlike some
contractors he was able to install this custom door in less than 2 months.

We hired Luca to install a new kitchen window and sliding glass door for our back deck. He provided a range of options for us and ordered the units we selected. The sliding door had to be custom-built, as our frame was an odd size. Luca took a lot of time during the installation to make sure it fit properly and to repair and seal the area around the door frame. The window also posed an issue, as a kitchen countertop had been added after the previous window was installed, which covered the lower third of the window, leaving an empty space on the outside where dirt and insects collected. Luca solved this by replacing the old window with one that fit the new configuration and adding a black metal plate to cover the dead space on the outside, which matches the window frame and looks much nicer. We're very pleased with the work Luca did and the way our new window and doors look. As a result, we've also asked him to replace another of our windows. Luca kept in regular contact with us as we awaited our orders and was very good at explaining everything he was doing with the installations. We'd be happy to recommend him to others.

Luca came to our home and provided various options for our new front door. Once the materials were ready, Luca and his assistant came on time on the specified date. They finished the demo of the old door quickly, cleanly and efficiently. After some adjustments to the frame, the installation of new door and side windows went very well and Luca spent considerable time on the fittings (foam insulation and caulking). Then they cleaned up the site completely. We are very happy with the results and we love our new front door. Thanks for the fantastic job Luca.
