We hired Luca to install a new kitchen window and sliding glass door for our back deck. He provided a range of options for us and ordered the units we selected. The sliding door had to be custom-built, as our frame was an odd size. Luca took a lot of time during the installation to make sure it fit properly and to repair and seal the area around the door frame. The window also posed an issue, as a kitchen countertop had been added after the previous window was installed, which covered the lower third of the window, leaving an empty space on the outside where dirt and insects collected. Luca solved this by replacing the old window with one that fit the new configuration and adding a black metal plate to cover the dead space on the outside, which matches the window frame and looks much nicer. We're very pleased with the work Luca did and the way our new window and doors look. As a result, we've also asked him to replace another of our windows. Luca kept in regular contact with us as we awaited our orders and was very good at explaining everything he was doing with the installations. We'd be happy to recommend him to others.
