The team at Direct Pro Windows and Doors Inc were very prompt at answering our quote request through HomeStars. Their sales team came in person within 1-2 days to inspect the leaking windows and provided lots of options on how we could best proceed. We chose to replace 5 of the windows in our home as some were leaking and all were the original windows that needed to be updated. They sent their installation team member next within a few days to complete precise measurements and ensure the new custom windows would fit perfectly. Once completed, the windows took 4-6 weeks to be created. The installation team arrived promptly on the scheduled day with all the tools and materials needed to complete the job. They were extremely friendly, professional and efficient.

Replaced all 27 windows, i was putting it off for ever just did not want the headaches, windows were 33 years old and in bad shape. Direct Pro did my son in law house replacing 9 windows and i was impressed with their workmanship and the windows, So i decided to go with Direct Pro and project turned out great, Dennis and his team were on time , made very little mess and i have very happy with the windows i chose they look great.

This is the 3rd time that we chose Direct Pro to replace windows. We like their windows as they look beautiful and solid, and are better looking than some windows that we had replaced in the past. We have always contacted Eugene to provide advices and quotes. After the contract was signed in late April, they called to set up an appointment to do measurements, and then set up another appointment to carry out the job in a few weeks. For each appointment they came on time. I have met different people who came to do installations and they were all very nice and professional. After the installation, they cleaned up all the debris inside and outside the house. There was a miscommunication when signing the contract that the window was mistakenly marked as frosted, and the window came as frosted. Eugene was very kind and he changed it to clear glass a few days later after the window replacement was done. We felt very grateful for what Eugene had done for us. We definitely recommend Eugene and his company for window replacement jobs!

Very efficient, professional, not to mention fast, they had a large crew that came, 12 windows, 2 patio doors and the front door all done in 1 day. now mess left behind. windows look BEAUTIFUL, and they are efficient.
