I have two fireplaces that were due for maintenance. Contacted True Flame after reading the excellent reviews on HomeStars. I was not disappointed! Jeff promptly responded to my request for pricing and scheduled me in for the same week. He beautifully cleaned and thoroughly checked both fireplaces, leaving me with a full written report and some great suggestions for maximizing the length of life for the fireplaces. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Contacted True Flame as our Pool Heater started to leak and Jeff was here within a day and provided both alternatives new vs. repair as the heat exchanger was the problem and given the condition of the Heater, it was more efficient and cost effective to repair. Jeff also diagnosed and made further recommendations and provided a quote for the work needed and within a couple of days was back and had all of the proper parts and installed and tested the full equipment. As well Jeff installed an additional safety process from pump to Heater as added protection. I am extremely pleased with True Flame, especially Jeff. Thanks.

Kirk replaced the starter mechanism. He was able to come within a few days of my calling him. He knew exactly what needed to be done and brought the parts he needed. He was professional, courteous and quick. And clean! I will be recommending him to my neighbour today.

Replaced pool heater. Quick response, did what he said he would do : timing. Good communications, Easy to deal with - gave advice - offered different choices and made recommendation. Felt we were well informed. Provide education and suggestions for continued operations. Recommend to talk to Jeff before making a decision.

Jeff took my call in late May, which is obviously a very busy part of the year for pool heater repair. He quickly determined that he wasn't the right person to look after my needs but then went on to give me enormously helpful guidance on who I should call on and what I should be looking for. There was nothing in this call for him, and yet he took his time and treated me as though I were a valued existing client. He wouldn't accept payment for the call. I'll call him the next time something comes up and, if he can do the work, I'll hire him with total confidence in his knowledge and his integrity.

So many companies just wanted to sell me a new fireplace for a few thousand dollars . They were not interested in fixing it as it is 26 years old. So happy I found Jeff.
