A++ experience from start to finish! Rick is very knowledgeable and a true professional and had our new floor installed in no time. His crew (Atila and Tomas) were organized, tidy and worked tirelessly to finish the job and minimize on any interruptions. Everything about McLaughlin floors is first rate. Rick even installed a matching trim along our kitchen cabinetry, which we never had before to make for a more finished look. We HIGHLY recommend McLaughlin Flooring to anyone considering them.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Jeff was very responsive, professional and prompt and had our fireplace running in no time. We also upgraded to a remote control for operation which is a nice convenience. I would highly recommend TrueFlame for all your fireplace service needs.
