Kirk replaced the starter mechanism. He was able to come within a few days of my calling him. He knew exactly what needed to be done and brought the parts he needed. He was professional, courteous and quick. And clean! I will be recommending him to my neighbour today.

Replaced pool heater. Quick response, did what he said he would do : timing. Good communications, Easy to deal with - gave advice - offered different choices and made recommendation. Jeff took my call in late May, which is obviously a very busy part of the year for pool heater repair. He quickly determined that he wasn't the right person to look after my needs but then went on to give me enormously helpful guidance on who I should call on and what I should be looking for. There was nothing in this call for him, and yet he took his time and treated me as though I were a valued existing client. He wouldn't accept payment for the call. I'll call him the next time something comes up and, if he can do the work, I'll hire him with total confidence in his knowledge and his integrity.

So many companies just wanted to sell me a new fireplace for a few thousand dollars . They were not interested in fixing it as it is 26 years old. So happy I found Jeff. He was upfront about how the assessment would work . He was prompt and kept everything clean. We had an old Majestic gas insert fireplace with a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit. We've had problems before with this fireplace's pilot light and with the fireplace not lighting when turned on.

We called a few places and once they heard it was an old Majestic fireplace they weren't interested.

We called Jeff and he warned us it might need new expensive components. When he came over he spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting the issues and got the fireplace working. It's been a month and so far we've had no issues.
