Liberty Security

We had a new security system put in by Liberty and it took three tries by different reps, over three different days to get to a customer satisfactory place. Josh Hudson was sent out today August 12/17 to fix what was left in an unprofessional state. He was most helpful, professional, and very personable. We didn't feel pressure from being rushed through and he took time to give us a thorough tutorial on some of the things we either were not to sure of or were not aware of. He was a pleasure to have in our home and we now feel confident that the system is up and running to our satisfaction. If in the future we need someone to come to our home, we will certainly be asking for Josh personally. He is a credit to your firm and company. Thanks again Josh. Great company with good installers. Easy to find a plan that works for you and they are great at explaining everything! The installer was very knowledgeable and able to go everything we needed to know. Would recommend them to anyone.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. For the security system, just had it for a couple of days and it works good so far as it should be ay the present time.

We needed a system where we could monitor who was accessing the building and we were able to achieve this with a new system from Liberty. We have not had any issues with the alarm system and have the convenience of being able to monitor the system online and via cell phones. Great service from Liberty.

We have been with Liberty for about 2 years now, we did sign up for a 3 year contract. However, service and peace of mind has been great. Love the Alarm.com app and definitely thinking of renewing with them once our contract comes up for renewal. The referral bonus is great, signed up my parents and they have been happy as well! Cole, who set us up was great to deal with. Straightforward and easy no gimmicks!

My wife wanted a security system set up in our new rental house before I went on nightshift. I called Liberty to set up an appointment on Monday the 27th. Cole arrived on the 28th and by the afternoon Josh had us wired up. Great deal of knowledge and experience from both of the gents. Thanks guys from Calgary.

poor service, at times the alarm would go off and the operator would not answer the intercom. panels were cheap and relied on old technology. paperwork was often misplaced or unaccounted for.

I have a liberty alarm system I was told I could cancel the contract for a fee and I phoned no I can't do that I have to pay the full amount plus my store was broken into and the alarm company never told me and next day my alarm was going off when I got to store.AFter that I asked to remove my alarm system out in dec 29 and they have it I moved my store and a week later they called and told me alarm was acting up and I told they have it and again a couple days ago they called me again to check my alarm system it acting up I don't even have it so I am warning people not to deal with them they a bad company I have it all on my phone the messages they left on my phone when called go to any company but not liberty they make promises and say stuff they can't keep there word to get u u to sign up and they don't even call u when u get robbed what a company please pass on to everyone ty have a great day
