Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. If you do your research you will see there is so many people so unhappy with this company. They are a joke.

I have had nothing but issues with them regarding monthly payments. They have had tech issues on their end pulling my monthly payments and yelled at me over it. I have written proof from them saying it was an issue on their end. Now that that issue has been resolved they are taking out 2-3 payments a month and cannot tell me why!

The actual security system is a cheap knock off of other companys. I have had my alarm go off many times and no one from Liberty Security called. This seems to be an issue many many people have with them.

Stay clear from this company. I am telling everyone what a joke the company is.

Security pendent was was purchased but I had To return it and they were very kind . They made the return process very easy.

This company is horrible. Constantly get hung up on. Wanting charge the customer extra technical support to come to your home to fix equipment that doesnt work anymore. And always telling the customer Nothing we can do. And to pay a monthly monitoring fee for what? All I can say is what a horrible company. Stay away from Liberty Security.

Be aware, this company charge you fictitiously, Invoice you on fictitious address then refer you to collection providing them a fictitious email and phone number. You will be shocked to see your credit report affected by their fictitious operation.

Faulty security systems and customer service doesn't listen, paying for a service that is not provided all because a contract was signed and they don't care after that so long as they get their payments.

Installer did multiple unacceptable, unnecessary things either without asking or in spite of my direct communication. Absolutely zero consideration of the client, safety, aesthetics etc. Going to be a fairly major and unnecessary expense to put everything where it should have went. Nice enough guy too, so it hurts to have to call them out.

Buyer beware! Liberty Security will charge for services not rendered, techs will show up on the wrong scheduled date, holes were drilled in our wall one on the outside & inside when not required, when concerns are elevated to management the female "N" will promise and prevaricate even delete or deny conversations. She will tell you to send documents & provides the email - response received "we don't do that call us on the phone". Good luck trying to get the wrongful charges returned to your credit card, has now been over 3 weeks. If you get 4 different techs you will get 4 different answers. Techs have out of province licence plates, what's that about?

Not impressed with this company. So we pay approx $95 per month and are locked into a 5 year contract. Our alarm has gone off in the middle of the night and we received no phone call from the company and we are supposed to be direct linked to the police and we received no call from the police. Our second incident was a power outage and we were without power for over an hour and our system showed an ac power failure. Our system was down for over an hour and again no phone call to see if everything was ok. For $100 a month I expect better service not excuses. I've had to shut off all of our notifications on our cameras because I get notifications for every vehicle that drives down the street. Our rep was excellent but the company falls short

Having numerous false alarms, unable to contact anyone for help, cant even find a phone number to call. Ready to throw the whole thing in the garbage. Does anyone out there know the phone number for service.

Active alarm 6 minutes and no call from monitoring and no siren from the panel. Now management is blaming the Rogers outage. I suppose that is possible.
