Technician Val was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me sort out and arrange for thermostat installation that I have been waiting for.

Huge shout out to Ivan and the rest of the team in Saskatoon. Our furnace was defaulting to high-heat mode only. Gregg's came in to inspect, and we had planned to replace the heat exchanger. Ivan left me a large electric heater over the entire Christmas break to reduce load on the furnace while parts were shipped. Ivan and Corynn, the service manager, were even responding to my texts on Christmas eve and day. Then, after further consideration that this large of a repair might not resolve the issue, they gave me such a great deal on a new furnace it made it not logical gamble on the repair of an 18 year old furnace. The new install went great - highly professional as always. This is an honest review, that was NOT collected as part of any promotion!

My furnace wasn't working the morning of Jan 4 2023, so I contacted Greggs to have someone come out and check it.
Alex (team member 29014) arrived, and examined the furnace, performing a 21 point tune-up. He replaced the flame sensor, flushed the drain line and cleared fault codes.
He also took the time to show me the correct way to install a filter (I hadn't installed it correctly, which was part of the problem).
I have worked with Alex before, and he is always on time for the appointment, and is very personable, knowledge of the product and services required, and ensures that he goes over the work done and if I am pleased with the service provided.

Crew showed up on schedule, did replacement and removed furnace, explained use of thermostat etc and info on rebate etc. and left area spic and span.

The crew came in and did removal and install of ac and furnace. They worked fast and on their own needing nothing from me. I was able to do my own thing while they did theirs.
They had all the right tools and equipment need to do it in reasonable time. Walked me through the operation and service of everything. Cleaned up after them and gone in about 6 hours.

Ivan and the Reliance/Gregg team were very kind and respectful during his visit. His efficient work brought my family comfort and improved our quality of life.

A/C couldn't reach the desired temperature, saw furnace showing signs of ice. Called Gregg's to diagnose, and Philip came and described the issue very well. Also described the Gregg's maintenance y package to us and was definitely something we will look at. He then set to work, describing what he did along the way.

Very helpful and friendly, Philip was great to work with a d explained everything we need to do to diagnose future issues.

Great sales person, install was offered 24 hours after we signed up for this. The install guys were great and in and out in a few hours.

We had a new furnace and water heater installed. They came at the time they said they would be here and the installation was completed in one day. They answered all our questions and everything was left very clean when they finished. Very happy with the service.

ANDREW CAME OUT FOR OUR TUNEPS TODAY. GREAT GUY, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO AS WE RAN INTO A SITUATION BEYOND OUR CONTROL, WHICH DEFINITELY SET HIS DAY BACK. WOULDN'T HESITATE TO ASK FOR HIM TO COME BACK FOR SERVICE WORK ON OUR EQUIPMENT. HE PROVIDED SOME GOOD INFORMATION WITHOUR BEING AT ALL PUSHY.
