Had an a/c quote and it was installed and complete 24 hours later! Excellent, fast service

The pilot light would not stay on and had Gregg's come out. The technicians called before they arrived to let me know they would be here in about 15 minutes and showed up within the time window that I was told (between 7am-11am).

Both technicians were very professional, helpful and great at explaining what was going on. It took them a bit to figure out the issue as everything tested good. In the end they replaced the circuit board and it fired right up!

Am super happy with the service and would highly recommend Gregg's as well as these technicians to anyone I know. Thank you for keeping my house warm! A+++++++ service!

I was very pleased with Jansen for helping me settle with renting a combi-broiler. It suits my financial needs and works very well in my house. He showed up on time and was able to pulled out all the necessary things so I can have a running hot water and house heater after almost a week of suffering from cold water and no heater. Cody who installed the unit is the best. He is very efficient and professional and really works on time. He installed my air-conditioning unit and then now my combi-broiler , no doubt that he is an expert
on his field 100%. I highly recommend Jansen and Cody as for a job well done. I will definitely recommend them and Reliance Gregg's for any heating and Plumbing service.

Service techs have always been organized, on time and courteous! They answer any and all questions and provide a good report at the end of the service. They know the equipment very well.

I was having an issue with my electrostatic furnace filter getting no power. Technician arrived same day I called - he realized that issue was likely due to their electrician had not properly connected wiring when install was completed. Fixed issue very quickly and also cleaned flame sensor since he was here and did so with no charge.

They showed up with 4 guys installed the furnace and air conditioning unit in 1 day showed me how to set my new thermostat. Definitely quick to get the job done. Phoned on a Thursday and installed on the Monday.

Annual furnace maintenance service performed by tech" Alex" . We are Diamond Club Members. Alex is a very friendly, polite , knowledgeable and experienced tech. He has thorough workmanship.
