A/C couldn't reach the desired temperature, saw furnace showing signs of ice. Called Gregg's to diagnose, and Philip came and described the issue very well. Also described the Gregg's maintenance y package to us and was definitely something we will look at. He then set to work, describing what he did along the way. Very helpful and friendly, Philip was great to work with a d explained everything we need to do to diagnose future issues.
