Our central air conditioner was not working so we called Roy Inch for service. Brandon came and very quickly diagnosed the issue. He showed me what the problem was, explained it clearly, then did the repair. He also fixed a drain that was cracked and leaking. I was very happy with Brandon’s work, he was professional and personable.

Jesse conducted this spring’s service of the furnace and air conditioner. He was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I have every confidence in the quality of his workmanship. He went out of his way to do a little teaching, which was very useful. I’ve never been disappointed in this company.

Semi annual check. Jesse performed todays service. More than met my expectations. Punctual, polite, neat and tidy, efficient and reviewed what had been done. We have been Roy Inch customers for 35 years and have never been disappointed. As they say, "an inch goes a long way."

Installation of water softener was great. The drain in the Powder Rm was leaking after the installation of the taps but the fellow came back the next day and fixed it so all is fine now.

very professional , courteous , Brandon Baldwin a very nice young man. showed up within time frame we were advised of , after calling ahead he was on his way.

Dylan checked my AC and also replaced the batteries in my thermostat as well. He replaced the filter in my furnace and left me a spare one.
He was pleasant and answered my questions.

When we first moved into this home in Aug 2017 we needed the furnace checked for the upcoming winter season. We contacted Roy Inch and sons and arranged for a tech to do the inspection. Dylan Simpson was the tech and took care of our needs very professionally. We also purchased though him a new thermostat.

Annual A/C service completed today. Technician Jesse was very courteous, friendly and efficient. Took the time to fully explain a potential problem and completed the fix. Provided a full run down on the work completed. Had recently undergone a kitchen reno so it was time for a duct cleaning. Scheduled appointment prior to leaving. Extremely pleased with the service and also very impressed with Jesse. Happy to have him back again! Thanks for a job well done.
