I had the AC maintained today by Dylan Simpson. He was great. The job he did was magnificent. Roy Inch technicians are always great and very efficient but today's was different specially the job on the evaporator. Thanks. Keep up the good job.

Jesse called right at the start of the scheduled time that we were given. He was very professional and yet personable as well. He did the checkup, changed the filter and recommended new batteries for the thermostat. A great checkup.

When I noticed a water dripping into my first floor I immediately called Roy Inch. The excellent service I received last year when I had my heating and a replaced was repeated when the Luke and Dan corrected these problems. Treated my home like it was their own.. careful investigation of the problem,timely fix and left the area clean. Great work again!

4th time calling Roy Inch and Sons for service. Our AC stopped working and we need it to run on hot days for medical reasons. It was just before 7pm. A technician named Dylan was there within 30 mins or so. We explained the issue, he checked a few things, and advised us that our capacitance was needing to be replaced. Got the part in his truck and replaced it with if a few mins. Also set ya up with the Platinum Plus maintenance plan and went over everything. Also through talking he found it our daughter was getting her bedroom makeover from Make-a-Wish next week and was very happy to say that they are fundraising at work for them. He says he will let the office know that he saw their donations at work. Fast, prompt service. Very nice gentleman!

Jesse performed the annual furnace and AC unit maintenance. He was very professional, courteous, polite, and respectful. He explained thoroughly everything that he did and made some recommendations. He also was able to book an appointment for next year. Roy Inch is an excellent company and treats its customers with a lot of respect.

I needed to replace my hot water tank, as the one I had was leaking severely and could not be fixed. Audrey (Roy Inch sales consultant) came to my house right on time, assessed the requirements, and provided me with a quote (reasonable price when compared to two other quotes I had from other local companies). I proceeded to purchase the tank immediately. Audrey arranged to have the tank installed the same afternoon (thank you Audrey!!!!). Their techs, Milton and Omar were very courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job.
Needless to say, I was very impressed with their service.

Jesse came to our house for a service call, and was knowledgeable and courteous; he was also very generous in providing us useful information beyond the scope of the call! Moreover, he had the issue resolved within a minute! Thank you, Jesse!

Our annual Furnace Inspection was performed by Josh who was friendly, courteous, professional and did his work in a timely fashion. He made some adjustments and made recommendations to help keep our condenser clean and running well. Thanks.

I had a very unusual problem with my non-working furnace humidifier. It was first diagnosed as faulty humidistat which was replaced, but that did not solve the problem. So, the humidistat was changed from automatic to manual control. This, too, did not solve the problem. Finally, Jeff, the technician, noticed that the humidistat was located too close to the humidifier contrary to the installation requirements. Jeff both moved and rewired the humidistat which promises to finally solve the problem. I was particularly impressed with Jeff's non-obvious diagnosis of the problem.
