It is important to us that the work is done accurately and we are so grateful to have both Pete, and Fred to come to your home and see what they would do,if they were installing the work themselves They have have proudly doing this work for a really long time, and have been with this company for years and years!!! The technician, Darryl Meisel , is our commercial tech and he just is brilliant. He is also management. Then, the president, Andrew Blom, is hands on with projects, especially the tough ones. He likes to wrap his brain around that sort of stuff, and he has not been wrong once. it is incredible to watch the techs learn, grow, and take on this work because they want to make a difference in their industry . Thank you for this review. This is why Mackay Heating and Cooling connects. We are a highly dedicated , ethical, caring group. This was really exciting for myself , one of the owners, to read that you noticed the support team at the office at Mackays, where our great caring, awesome, supportive, dedicated, loyal, loving work family that man phones, take care of invoicing, scheduling the techs all over niagara region, making call backs for service and taking on that schedule, then on top of that, a bonus....a company that calls you to remind you need your furnace, air or hot water, needs some maintenance and a thorough check up!!!!

I can tell you that Pete would have been great at customizing because he is very thorough, and particular, and a perfectionist for sure. He is a fully licensed senior technician, mechanic himself. He has done the work, and then taught many, and of course because of his dedication, knowledge, workman ship, talent, and care was interested in quoting the equipment the right way, not some sales package of a guess work, from those that sell and have never done the work themselves, but have some sort of sizing something...i guess....Hence, exciting we added Fred to the sales side of things, more our estimators. They are truly dedicated and they truly know what and how they can make your home, perfect for you situation and many other things , the regular sales guy is not technically able to know about. So, thank you for that recognition. that is exciting. Finally, the clean up of the install and the care they take???? we love that about them so much and it gets noticed every time. Thank you for writing this great review of our work. I do want to start with an apology for not responding sooner to your kind words.....

I wanted to let you know that I had read them, and then put them on our list to do ....and well, we just got our new building which closes in two days time!!!!!! So...although, that sounds like an excuse, it is exciting that we will be having a permanent home for Mackay Heating and Cooling, 905 688 1849.

Wow, thank you for that Shout out. I love when we exceed expectations. Pretty much cannot ask more than that!!!! We are so proud of our work family....these guys even clean up after they are done!!! I have had work done for us, for various reason, and i found the different trades did not clean properly at all, left a huge mess, for us to clean when we were already exhausted....We are a company that takes our trade very personally...thank you for this wonderful compliment.
