i called about t he ac and a salesman came over right away and was very courtteous and friendly and they called immediately to set up[ appointment for installation . the 2 men that came were very courteous and friendly and the mess was all cleaned up . i would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating or cooling unit.

I had a new furnace put in. They were very professional and well mannered. Answered any question I had were very knowledgeable. Very competitive prices. They give you choices from low to high and explain the differences in each one. Very patient and took the time listen to our needs. They never left one bit of a mess behind. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone.

Ordered top of the line Napoleon furnace with A/C (never having had A/C before). Also had new humidifier installed as well. Install took two full days with no parts or mess left behind and they used drop clothes and floor coverings inside. They also removed all of the old furnace parts. Both techs were quiet and courteous. Upon completion we got a full walkthrough with an explanation of the new controls and settings. Very happy with our new quiet furnace and their service. Would recommend them no problem.

I called on Saturday, received advice about dealing with a water heater which was starting to leak. On the Monday I made an appointment and Wednesday it was replaced. As usual, all employees I talked to were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. On the Wednesday Andrew and Zack installed the new heater in a timely and professional manner. I have had prior work done by this company and have always been satisfied.

Very pleased to have Larry install my furnace. Very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Larry put in my last furnace 15 years ago and we were glad to have him install this furnace as well. We were very pleased to have an expert on the job.

They were very quick and their expertise on this job got the job done quickly. They made sure we got heat and hot water before they left. An excellent job, the guys made sure to answer all the questions we had,..there was no doubt we felt sold on MaKay Heating and Cooling.

It was the start of the heating season and I had a 25+ year old boiler/radiator system in need of costly repairs. The MacKay Heating salesman took the time to evaluate the heating requirement for our house and explained my options on boiler replacement including mid and high-efficiency units. With temperatures dropping, I appreciated that installation could be scheduled within the week. The job was completed on time and with minimal disruption - the MacKay technicians were professional and explained the new system in detail.
A boiler system replacement wasn't really in my plans for this year but I'm confident I've made the right decision to replace the old system.
I recommend MacKay Heating - it was a pleasure to deal with them - from the no-pressure salesman, the office person who called out to schedule the job and the technicians who completed the installation and answered all my questions.

We just had our electric heating unit installed at our pet resort and we are thrilled with the service we received. We have dealt with Mackay in the past and will continue to use them as their customer service is outstanding. The employees were polite, diligent and answered any questions we had regarding the unit. They were even happy to answer a question we had regarding a heating and cooling unit we already had in our residence. We will definitely recommend Mackay to anyone and are glad our dogs will be toasty warm all winter with the electric heating unit!

I have dealt with MacKay Heating since 1999, when I got my last furnace. Over the years, they've always given me great service, so when I needed a new furnace, I had a lengthy meeting with MacKay Sales Manager, Peter Hillman, who carefully and patiently went over all my options, to help me understand and make a decision I'd be happy with. Technicians, Don and Kyle installed it and they were very efficient and professional gentlemen. At the same time I decided to have my hot water heater replaced. Adam, the wonderful technician who has done my yearly furnace and A/C maintenance for several years did a great job installing it. Adam is very professional and has always been helpful in giving good advice about caring for my furnace and showing me how to save energy by taping all the seams in my ductwork. I feel peaceful knowing that MacKay and all who are a part of this great family company are always there for me.

At first we called in a different company and didn't feel comfortable with their diagnosis, sales tactics and/or service. MacKay Heating & Cooling was recommended to us for a second opinion. We felt they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest during the entire process from the diagnosis of the problem, to meeting with a sales rep to go over our options, to the installation of our new furnace. The installers were courteous, professional and answered any and all the questions we had.
